I would like to remind you that the aspects discussed in this forecast are general mundane planetary pictures. Unless these pictures hit sensitive points on your chart, they may not affect you.
Due to the complexity of this month’s transits I’ll be posting the forecast in two parts.
September 1st begins in a benign fashion as Sun + Mercury = Venus – a day of happy talk and a sense of optimism. Since Venus and the Sun are fast moving planets the happy mood may be short lived. In fact, on the next day, September 2nd, Venus will be semi-square Saturn and both will be midpoint Sun and Mercury. At the same time Mercury will be sesquiquadrate Jupiter, which tells me that there is a dual message here. Watch your money and how you spend it – if you are prudent you will be fine. Since Mercury will be retrograde it will come back to hit Jupiter again, and again.
September 3rd is the day before the full moon and Mercury is getting ready to station retrograde. Today Mercury and Mars are squaring each other and both will be 22 ½ to the Nodes. A verbal confrontation or argument can occur with a mate or someone you are intimately involved with. The full moon on the 4th will be 45º to the Node, leading me to forewarn you that an argument at this time can lead to major break up, especially since the full moon is only 2 ½ degrees away from where Saturn is stationed to go direct.
On the 5th, Mercury has settled to a crawl as it is getting ready to station retrograde and it is the day after the full moon. If you are upset or angry with someone keep it to yourself for now, or just walk away, tempers can be out of control at this time. This goes for driving as well.
Then on the 6th, the Sun will be 22 ½ to the midpoint of Mercury and Mars. On the negative side it’s rage, rage and more rage. On the positive, if you are a writer, ideas and writing copy for promotional materials can easily run through your mind. Do not commit to anything now, especially if you want to give notice at your job. Don’t! Any wrong decisions at this time will be regretted and cannot be reversed successfully.
September 7th, Labor Day, marks the end of summer and the beginning of another “Mercury retrograde.” The planetary picture of the day is Mercury + Saturn = Pluto + Hades = 0 cardinal, and the Sun is 22 ½ to Mars. Traffic jams can produce road rage, and delays at the airport can have many in an uproar. The Labor Day weekend begins on a full moon and ends with a Mercury station retrograde, my advice to you is stay close to home, especially when you take into consideration the planetary picture that I just mentioned. Since Mercury will be moving back by minutes as Saturn will be moving forward by minutes, the Mercury + Saturn = Pluto + Hades = 0 Cardinal will be in effect though to September 10th. With this planetary combination operating, some will experience loss, disappointments, bad news and decline. Then on the 10th and 11th Mercury + Uranus = 0 Cardinal takes over leading to nervousness as news changes and leads to an air of uncertainty. This combo can mean a sudden increase in the number of hurricanes, especially since Mars will be sesquiquadate Neptune, which can be translated into “Angry Waters.” At the same time Mars + 0 Cardinal = Mercury, angry voices will attempt to be heard via demonstrations – and what feeds the anger is money. Why do I say money? Venus will conjunct Jupiter, which is normally very positive, but these two planets come together at the same time as Mercury, Mars, Saturn, Uranus, Hades and the cardinal axis, all dancing together. This is not good. You can only see this particular aspect if you are working with dials and planetary pictures as we Uranian astrologers are doing (Excuse me for the plug).
Saturday, the 12th of September, Venus + Jupiter = Mercury, this is a day to spend relaxing with friends. You could take in an art exhibit, a drive in the country, a walk or a picnic in the park or a walk on the beach. On this day Pluto will station direct, and the day – and in fact the entire weekend – should be spent reflecting on what is important, and letting go of what is not.
Sunday the 13th has Mercury semi-squaring Jupiter, and the effects of the Pluto station direct are still felt. There is something internal and spiritual going on and attention should be paid to this. If you do, the benefits will be felt at a later date, possibly when Mercury is direct and comes back to semi square Jupiter in October.
Monday the 14th will find the transits less friendly, Saturn, Uranus + Mars = Mercury. The news will not be good on that day. Saturn opposite Uranus is not friendly… it is a push pull kind of energy. Bring in Mars and Mercury and this can lead to verbal eruptions that can then lead to separations. Words can be said that can cause permanent damage.
