These are some of the things I get asked about the most, but you can look into your own chart, find each point, and gain some insight of your own. Here are some of the points to look at:
5th house – House of Love – The 5th house rules love and romance, and shows how you like to date, court, and fall in love.
7th house – House of Relationships – The 7th house rules all of your relationships, including your romantic ones. This house shows how you view relationships, what you want in a relationship, and what kind of relationship partner you’re attracted to.
8th house – House of Sex – Technically, the 8th house rules transformations, but sex counts as a transformation since it’s the beginning of life. The 8th house can show what arouses you and what you’d be most interested in doing sexually.
Venus – Planet of Love – Everyone knows venus rules love, so obviously she’s an important planet to analyze. What sign is she in? Which house is she in? Does she make any close aspects to any of your other natal planets? This will all affect her energy and how you love.
Mars – Planet of Drive – Mars is the planet of energy and drive, and can show what drives you to want to be with someone (basically, what turns you on).
Eros – Asteroid of Sex – Eros rules sex at its most basic. What do you like? What do you want? Study Eros if you need a clue.
Sun/Venus Midpoint – Point of Romance – Midpoints are the exact middle of two points in a chart and show how the energy of the two points comes together. The sun/venus midpoint shows what kind of romantic you are.
Sun/Moon Midpoint – Point of Intimacy – The sun/moon midpoint is usually analyzed to give a person better insight into how to feel most at one with themselves, but it’s also a clue into how you like intimacy (note that when I say intimacy, I don’t mean sex, I mean emotional closeness).
Venus/Mars Midpoint – Point of Sensuality – The planet of love and the planet of drive come together to show what you find absolutely perfect in a mate.
