Chaldean Numerology Reads the Letters in Your Name, Not Just the Numbers

For those of you who have not read any of my previous articles on this subject, Chaldean numerology is the forefather to the current system (Pythagorean) and speaks to the vibrations (number values) and meanings held in each letter. Simply put, knowing the meanings of the individual letters in your name allows you to understand yourself and your life in a brand new way. It is like seeing a ‘blueprint’ of yourself which explains the hows and whys of your ‘structure’. If you have never heard of this system, do yourself a favor and check it out, either online or on my own website – this is the one-and-only, original, accurate and yet spiritual system of alphanumerology which assigns meanings to both the numbers and the letters in your name. This time around, we will look at the private and enigmatic G.

The G is similar to the C, except the open communication of the C now has a ‘hand’ covering its mouth, thus blocking free speech. The G is the keeper or guardian of secrets. Consider the word and the concept of God: we do not know how God operates, creates, manifests or even what the nature of this existence is, but most of us attribute our own existence to this unseen power. So it is the nature of the G to ‘hide’, to remain silent, to keep secrets, which can be in direct contrast to its outer appearance as the G is ruled by the ever-active number 3. So the average G may appear outgoing, social, talkative and physically and/or mentally active when in reality, there is a vast territory beneath the surface which is uncharted and ambiguous.

The G refers to that which begins or involves the inside(s) of anything, or to that which refers to unknown or hidden origins. For example, gasps and giggles begin inside the body, as does flatulence, or gas. Speaking of gas, the car inside the garage cannot run without it. Just for fun, let’s say this hypothetical car belongs to a hypothetical gentleman named Ed whose growing gut hardly fits behind the wheel of his car. Ed needs a gag because he can’t stop eating and has a penchant for garlic. Despite his reputation as a gentle, gregarious and gracious guy, he is known as a bit of a greedy glutton who gnaws, gulps, guzzles and gobbles his grub, produces the gas we mentioned earlier and then shares this generous gift with fellow guests at his favorite spot, the Glory Grill. He also is rumored to wear a girdle to contain his gigantic girth and gloves to cover his hands while eating, although no one really knows why. His guilty secrets are that he likes to gossip, gamble and garden in the nude. He fears gangs, groups and the government – their inner workings and secrecy frighten him. He admires those of esoteric peace and strives to become the Guru he believes himself to be – he thinks he is related to Gandhi. In the meanwhile, he often becomes glued behind the wheel and grunts, groans and grumbles until someone comes to help him out.

As you can see, all of the G words above relate to covert, concealed or inner origins or aspects, whether it is the gas in the car, the food in the stomach, the girdle containing the fat, the need to gossip, digging into the dirt or the deep serenity connected to a spiritual leader – all of the above also indicate the activity of the 3 in that the gas keeps the car moving, the food keeps the body living, the girdle controls the growth, the gossip involves the mind, mouth and speech and begins inside, the gardening involves planting, or digging into the Earth and the the serenity of the Guru results from mastery over the body and emotions. This inner aspect is the essence of the G.

If the G in a name is the first letter, or Cornerstone, there is often a withholding or very private element to the character, which can usually be traced back to events of the past or to a personal growth pattern that the G feels the need to shield or protect: an often baseless fear of exposure can prompt the G to ‘cover’ their true needs and desires.

The typical G is very sensitive to outer influences, has good intentions and is gentle and nurturing in nature. This character is hard to get to know as Gs are not quite themselves, which is to say that there is much more going on within than is reflected without: this energy is deeply spiritual, self-searching, analytical, self-critical, thoughtful and reflective. It is known to flee from sticky situations that require vulnerability or personal revelation and to react impulsively to unexpected challenges. The G is very much about self-protection and as such, can sometimes appear aloof.

As with all energies, there is a flip side to this letter. The atypical G is just plain untrustworthy. The secretiveness masks deceit, the silence hides uncomfortable truths and the gentle demeanor is but a facade designed to engage or trap. This type of G energy will be distinguishable by their ability and tendency to lie often and well and by their focus on themselves and their own gain and progress, while never really revealing who they are to others. This kind of G energy will leave you wondering where they are and what they are up to.

Makes you wonder what all the other letters are saying, doesn’t it?
