Acupressure Healing

Can you cause mental and emotional changes to your body to accelerate healing?

Are there energy centers on your body to access hormones, enzymes and neuropeptides of healing? Can you trigger your phagocytes, lymphocytes, macrophages and leukocytes to excite your natural killer, bone marrow and
thymus immune systems? What are T and B cells?

Energy Centers

There are seven wheels or discs energizing our mind, body and emotions.

1. Starting at base of the spine, this Root center vibrates with the color Red and
is believed to influence health, security and prosperity.

2. Lower back (Genital-Sacral area) is used to correct movement, sensations, emotions and desire. It mediates the ability to react to change. It resonates with
the color Orange.

3. Solar-Plexus (Enteric Nervous Center – intestines) is one of the most powerful energy enters. It resonates with the color Yellow and influences personal power, will
and autonomy.

4. The Heart is your emotional center interacting with the Limbic System. It resonates with the color Green. It trigger the power of love, and the unities, mind and body, ego and unity, male and female.

5. Throat orders our world symbolically through vibrations leading to communication. Creativity is often an attribute of our verbal signals. It resonates to
the color Blue.

6. Brow (3rd eye) known as the Pineal Gland is involved in seeing and intuition. Mental imagery is an element of this energy center. It resonates with the color Indigo (purple).

7. Crown is a very powerful energy center involved in knowledge, learning and memory. It resonates with the color Violet.

Mudras

The Sanskrit word for gestures made with the fingers is Mudras. Each finger of your hands is electro-magnetic and involved in polarity.

Your Pinky finger maintains a Positive-charge; your Ring finger has a Negative-charge; your Middle finger has a Positive-charge; your Index (pointer) has a Negative-charge; your Thumb has No charge.

In magnets and the fingers of Homo sapiens, opposites attract. In particular
pay attention to your index and middle fingers, they work as a team.
In order to active the powers of the seven energy centers, use the index and middle
fingers of your left hand to knock seven-times at the entrance.

For the reduction or elimination of pain you must remember your left hand empowers your right-side and your right hand influences your left-side. See:
decussation and chiasma, a reversal of the nervous system.

When the pain emanates from the left side, trigger accelerated healing using the
fingers of the right hand.

Face Knocking Points

There are powerful acupuncture points at a) the beginning of the left eyebrow,
b) under the left-eye, and c) the termination of the side of the left eye.

Directly under the nose is the d) Philtrum area, and below the lower lip e) is the
Mentrum energy center.

How to activate these five facial points involves a ritualistic knocking three-times on
each.

Extra-Ocular-Muscles

There are six eye-movement muscles for restructuring in each eye.

Four are called Rectus muscles: Lateral, Medial, Superior and Inferior;
two are Oblique muscles, Superior and Inferior.

The Knowledge Economy causes a narrow focus of your eyes. When you use a
computer, watch TV, play a video game, read and speak face-to-face, it is standard
operating procedure to use Tunnel-Vision and narrow your focus and limit your
mind to left-brain skills.

Speedlearners use a Broad (wide) Focus known as Going Lizard, activating your peripheral vision. A result of this focus is triggering your right brain to complement
the work of your left brain in a more resonant manner. Synchronizing both hemispheres to operate in-sync produces a more balanced use of your brain.

The secret is a two-minute exercise moving your eyes into each of the six muscle positions. We have reports from students of improved vision and increased reading
speed after 21 days of practice. It requires up to a month to create a habit (neuropathway).

Endwords

We recommend the use of medical physicians for the body and psychologists for
emotional difficulties. Some students suggest they find relief in the self-help manipulating of these energy centers. Certainly this is not a substitution for professional care.

See ya,
